Soccer Recap: Queen Creek Finds Home Pitch Redemption Against Desert Edge

There's no place like home for Queen Creek, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They had just enough and edged the Desert Edge Scorpions out 3-2. Israel Carmona had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Bulldogs.

Queen Creek now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Desert Edge, they moved to 4-2 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Queen Creek will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Chandler at 6:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025. As for Desert Edge, they will head out to challenge Centennial at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
