Soccer Recap: Mexia Comes Up Short

Mexia fell victim to Lorena and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They came up short against the Lorena Leopards, falling 7-0. The Black Cats haven't had much luck with the Leopards recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

Mexia now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Lorena, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mexia will challenge Madisonville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lorena, they will face off against Robinson at 5:00 p.m. on January 21st.
