After a string of four wins, Penncrest's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 10-6 to the Ridley Raiders. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Penncrest's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Ridley, they pushed their record up to 8-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Penncrest is set to face off against their familiar foe Harriton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Ridley will take on rival Garnet Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Raiders 6.8, the Jaguars 14.4) so any points scored will be well earned.
