Football Recap: Beckman Keeps Fullerton's Under Pressure + How To Watch

Beckman won the last time they faced Fullerton and Makhi Czaykowski did his part to make sure it happened again. The Patriots put the hurt on the Indians with a sharp 34-14 win on Friday for which the team can thank Czaykowski, who rushed for 165 yards and four touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also picked up 50 receiving yards and one TD. Beckman is 2-1 when Czaykowski posts two or more rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.

One reason for the win was Beckman's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Enzo Giuliano, Dylan Garrow, and Roy Chaya, who each picked up one sack apiece.

Although Fullerton took the loss, they still got scores from Evan Tellez-Soria and Cyrus Aviles.

The victory got Beckman back to even at 3-3. As for Fullerton, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beckman will head out to face off against Sunny Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lancers will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Patriots surely won't give up without a fight. As for Fullerton, they will square off against Kennedy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
