The Oak Glen Golden Bears can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent contest on Wednesday. They breezed by Madonna at home to the tune of 65-24. The victory was nothing new for Oak Glen as they're now sitting on four straight.
It was another big night for Kami Ward, who scored 20 points along with four steals. Ward is absolutely dominating the point category: she's posted at least 15 every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Reecelyn Craig, who scored seven points along with four steals.
Oak Glen is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 8-7 record this season. As for Madonna, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.
Oak Glen will head out on the road to square off against Buckeye Local at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Madonna, they will be playing at home against Caldwell on Monday. Caldwell will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 377th in Ohio, while Madonna is ranked 106th in West Virginia).
