Baseball Recap: Lumberton Takes a Loss

Lumberton was the 4-0 winner over St. Pauls when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Pirates fell 5-2 to the Bulldogs on Saturday. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lumberton's defeat dropped their record down to 13-6. As for St. Pauls, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-10.

Coming up, Lumberton will be taking part in a tournament against Scotland at 10:00 a.m. on Monday. As for St. Pauls, they will take on Red Springs in a tournament on Monday.
