Volleyball Recap: Waxahachie Prep Comes Up Short

Waxahachie Prep saw some tournament action on Thursday. They fell 2-0 to the Covenant Classical Cavaliers.

Prohaska Madi paced Waxahachie Prep's offense, picking up four kills. Madi also shared the team's lead in assists with Sarah Tupa: they picked up two each. Taft Ella and Juliet Clayton kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Waxahachie Prep's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Waxahachie Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Ursuline Academy on the 14th. As for Covenant Classical, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Faith West Academy on the 14th.
