Phoenix Military waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They escaped with a win against the Juarez Eagles by the margin of a single free throw, 61-60. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Firebirds considering their two-point performance the game before.

Phoenix Military's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-2. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 7.6 points across that stretch. As for Juarez, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-8.

Phoenix Military will be playing in front of their home fans against Spry Community Links at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Juarez, they are taking a road trip to challenge Kennedy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
