Plaza Heights Christian Academy extended their home winning streak to 11 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Luke Jones. The Lions breezed past the Christian Learning Center Mustangs to the tune of 58-24 on Thursday for which the team can thank Jones, who posted 11 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. He has been hot, having also posted three or more steals the last six times he's played.

Another player making a difference was Ryder Johann, who scored ten points and five boards. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 42.9% three-point shooting accuracy.

Plaza Heights Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Christian Learning Center, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Plaza Heights Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Overland Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Christian Learning Center, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll square off against Clinton Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
