Soccer Game Preview: Heritage vs. Castle View

The Heritage Eagles will challenge the Castle View Sabercats at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. Heritage's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Heritage is headed into the contest having not lost since September 11 and will look to keep things rolling. They and Legend finished up their matchup with a 0-0 draw on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Castle View). They never let Ponderosa get on the board and left with a 5-0 win on Tuesday. Castle View haven't had any issues with Ponderosa recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Castle View's win bumped their record up to 3-5-2. Heritage's draw gives them a new season record of 3-3-3.

Heritage beat Castle View 3-1 when the teams last played back in September of 2024. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Sabercats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
