Soccer Recap: St. Anthony Comes Up Short

St. Anthony and Hawthorne Math & Science Academy squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but St. Anthony had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Hawthorne Math & Science Academy Aviators by a score of 2-1. The Saints have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Christian Martin, who's now up to 11 this season.

St. Anthony's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Hawthorne Math & Science Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-5.

As of now, neither St. Anthony nor Hawthorne Math & Science Academy have any future games scheduled.
