Volleyball Recap: Lewis Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lewis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology Colonials. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lancers of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Lewis was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology work for it, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-23, 26-24, 25-15.

Lewis' defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology, their victory was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Lewis is set to face off against their familiar foe Justice at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology will take on rival Falls Church at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
