Basketball Recap: Bell Bulldogs vs. Baker County Wildcats
Bell lost against Baker County back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bell Bulldogs were beaten by the Baker County Wildcats 57-16. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 455th, while the Wildcats are ranked 175th).
Dacy Graham and Maddie Smith certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Graham posted four points along with 13 rebounds and three steals, while Smith put up four points. Graham has been hot for a while, having posted eight or more boards the last nine times she's played. Lindsey Collett also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

Even though they lost, Bell smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in 17 consecutive games.
