After a string of three wins, Reynoldsburg's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell just short of the Worthington Kilbourne Wolves by a score of 2-1.

Reynoldsburg started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-23, 25-19.

Braeden Reedus paced Reynoldsburg's offense, picking up 12 kills. Reedus got some help from Lord Ryan Ramos and his 31 assists. Ryan Ramos was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Reynoldsburg's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Worthington Kilbourne, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 15-6.

Coincidentally, Reynoldsburg and Worthington Kilbourne will both be playing Licking Heights the next time they take the court. The Wolves will head out to face the Hornets at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, while the Raiders will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
