Lausanne Collegiate hasn't had much luck against Northpoint Christian recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Lynx will look to defend their home field against the Trojans at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Lausanne Collegiate took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Tipton-Rosemark Academy 10-9. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Lynx as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Northpoint Christian made easy work of Memphis Home Education Association on Friday and carried off a 9-2 win. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by six runs or more this season.

Northpoint Christian pushed their record up to 8-3-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.1 runs over those games. As for Lausanne Collegiate, their victory bumped their record up to 18-9.
