Soccer Recap: Exeter Takes a Loss

The Exeter Monarchs came up short against the Riverdale Cowboys on Wednesday and fell 3-1. That's two games in a row now that Exeter have lost by exactly two goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Exeter and nudges their season record down to 3-2-1. As for Riverdale, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2-1.

Coming up, Exeter will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Strathmore at 6:00 p.m. As for Riverdale, they will take on McFarland in a tournament on Saturday.
