Basketball Recap: Cross Comes Up Short

Cross saw some tournament action on Friday. They lost to the Concord Christian Lions on the road by a 67-52 margin. The Stingrays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cross' record now sits at 2-9. As for Concord Christian, they moved to 1-7 with that victory, which also ended their ten-game losing streak.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Durham Academy the next time they take the court. Cross will head out to face Durham Academy at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, while Concord Christian will head out to face them at 10:15 a.m. on Monday.
