Volleyball Recap: Taylor County Gets the Win

Taylor County won the last time they faced Calhoun County and things went their way on Thursday too. The Vikings came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Taylor County took both sets by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-13.

Taylor County's victory bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Calhoun County, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.

Taylor County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Chattahoochee County on the 25th. As for Calhoun County, they will face off against Mitchell County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
