Football Recap: Judge Memorial Catholic Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Judge Memorial Catholic's offense. They were dealt a 52-0 defeat at the hands of the Ogden Tigers on Friday. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Leading Ogden to victory were Blake Weston and Anderson Curry. Weston threw for 159 yards and one TD while completing 84.6% of his passes, while Curry rushed for 71 yards and one score on only nine carries. A healthy portion of Weston's aerial production (100 yards to be exact) went to Jack Thompson.

Judge Memorial Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Ogden, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Judge Memorial Catholic will head out to square off against Juan Diego Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ogden, they will venture away from home to take on Carbon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
