Softball Recap: Deer Valley Wolverines vs. Washington Huskies
After flying high against Ygnacio Valley last Tuesday, Deer Valley came back down to earth. The Deer Valley Wolverines came up short against the Washington Huskies on Thursday, falling 16-4. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wolverines of the 19-5 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Braelyn Valdez was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing Four bases.
