Basketball Recap: Salmen Comes Up Short

Salmen was the 50-37 winner over Fontainebleau when they last played one another back in November of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Salmen Spartans took a 58-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fontainebleau Bulldogs on Friday. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Salmen's defeat dropped their record down to 10-17. As for Fontainebleau, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-13.

Salmen has already played their next game, a 55-42 loss against Northshore on the 25th. As for Fontainebleau, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 49-47 win against Slidell on the 25th.
