Softball Recap: Bloomington Central Catholic Takes a Loss

Bloomington Central Catholic lost against Dunlap back in April of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Saints took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. That's two games in a row now that the Saints have lost by exactly three runs.

This is the second loss in a row for Bloomington Central Catholic and nudges their season record down to 20-12. As for Dunlap, their record now sits at 24-5.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Bloomington Central Catholic will square off against Westville at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Saints will need to watch out since the Tigers have now posted at least ten runs in their last three contests. As for Dunlap, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Morton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
