Basketball Recap: Parker Takes a Loss

Parker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were beaten by the Chelsea Hornets 68-15. The match marked the Thundering Herd's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Parker's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Chelsea, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Parker will take on Hillcrest in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hillcrest will roll in looking for their 16th straight victory, something Parker surely won't give up without a fight. As for Chelsea, they will be home for the holidays to greet Homewood at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
