Soccer Recap: Fitzgerald Comes Up Short

Fitzgerald was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Warren Woods-Tower Titans, falling 8-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Warren Woods-Tower this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 back in April.

Fitzgerald's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Warren Woods-Tower, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-1-2.

Fitzgerald wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, an 8-0 defeat against Cardinal Mooney Catholic on the 16th. As for Warren Woods-Tower, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-0 win against Mott on the 16th.
