Cranford is 7-2 against Linden since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Cougars will host the Tigers at 4:00 p.m. Cranford will be strutting in after a victory while Linden will be coming in after a loss.

On Saturday, it was close, but Cranford sidestepped Colonia for a 2-1 win. The victory continues a trend for Cranford in their matchups with Colonia: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, Linden was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against Scotch Plains-Fanwood, falling 7-1.

Cranford picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Linden, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Cranford came out on top in a nail-biter against Linden in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Cougars repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
