Oklahoma City High School Football Rankings

By Staff Report Nov 3, 2017, 12:00am

Who's up and who's down

There wasn't a ton of movement in the power rankings this week, but there was certainly enough to keep things interesting. The action included a dizzyingly high 102-point combined score from Bishop McGuinness and Eisenhower.

Points Galore

Bishop McGuinness has been an offensive powerhouse for three straight weeks after the team lit up the scoreboard again last week. The final score between it and Eisenhower was a 70 - 32 blowout in Bishop McGuinness's favor. Bishop McGuinness made sure to walk the walk to justify being talked up as the big favorite. The combined 102 points was the most of any game featuring a power-ranked team.

Upcoming Drama

If you are itching to watch a first-rate contest, no game is supposed to fit the bill better than the one between Midwest City (2nd in the power rankings) and Stillwater (5th). This will be the second home game in a row for Midwest City. Stillwater and Midwest City can't both win again this week, so we'll learn on Friday which team falters and which extends its success.
