If Pulaski was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Sheboygan North on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Red Raiders fell just short of the Chippewa Falls Cardinals by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Red Raiders' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Addison Krueger paced Pulaski's offense, picking up eight kills. Krueger got some help from Lola Wendland and her 11 assists. Sophia Logue controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Chippewa Falls was led to victory by Ilah Sinz and Brynn Von Haden. Sinz had 18 digs and three assists, while Von Haden had five digs and three aces. That's the most digs Sinz has posted over her last eight matches.

Pulaski's defeat dropped their record down to 17-15. As for Chippewa Falls, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That somehow still isn't as good as their 27-8 record this season.

Pulaski wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Kaukauna on the 11th. As for Chippewa Falls, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against West De Pere on the 11th.
