Football Recap: Hanson Memorial Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Hanson Memorial's offense. They had to suffer through a 50-0 loss at the hands of the South Terrebonne Gators. The Tigers lost against the Gators in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 36-10 score last time.

Hanson Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for South Terrebonne, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hanson Memorial will venture away from home to challenge Berwick at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for South Terrebonne, they will head out to take on South Lafourche at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Gators will be up against the Tarpons' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29.75 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
