After flying high against the Fredonia Hillbillies back in December of 2023, the Sherman Wildcats came back down to earth. Sherman fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 44-41. If Sherman was looking for revenge after losing 32-27 to them when the teams met on Monday, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Alexys Neckers was her usual excellent self, scoring 25 points along with six rebounds for Clymer Central. That makes it five consecutive games in which Neckers has scored at least a third of Clymer Central's points. Another player making a difference was Ava Nyweide, who scored ten points along with two steals.

As for Clymer Central, they will head out on the road to face off against the Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Panama will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps New York Rankings (they are ranked 457th, while the Pirates are ranked 185th).
