Soccer Recap: Bryan County Comes Up Short

Bryan County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 4-1 to the Portal Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Portal this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-1 on March 4th.

Bryan County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Portal, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Bryan County is set to take on their familiar foe Metter at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Portal will challenge rival McIntosh County Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
