Soccer Recap: East Juniata Gets the Win

East Juniata had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the Shalom Christian Academy Flames by a score of 3-1 on Saturday.

Wrett Smith and Jaiden May scored all three of East Juniata's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Shalom Christian Academy is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

East Juniata wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Selinsgrove on the 23rd. As for Shalom Christian Academy, they will take on Delone Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
