Volleyball Recap: Foothills Christian Takes a Loss

Foothills Christian lost against Classical Academy back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Foothills Christian came up short against Classical Academy, falling 3-0. The Knights just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Among those leading the charge was Gavin Spiess, who had 21 digs. That's the most digs he has posted over his last ten matches.

Foothills Christian's loss dropped their record down to 10-5. As for Classical Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Foothills Christian will head out to face off against Santa Fe Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Foothills Christian is facing Santa Fe Christian at the right time seeing as Santa Fe Christian is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Classical Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge Cathedral Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
