The Cobre Indians will venture away from home to square off against the Dexter Demons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

They had to suffer through a 54-0 loss at the hands of the Fighting Colts. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Dexter was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 227 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 205 rushing yards in four consecutive contests.

Dexter wouldn't let Pojoaque Valley keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force three fumbles. Dexter can thank Ivandre Aguilar and Diego Munoz for forcing all of them.

Cobre's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Dexter, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.

Everything came up roses for Cobre against Dexter when the teams last played back in November of 2023 as the squad secured a 40-0 victory.
