Volleyball Recap: Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy Comes Up Short

Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy lost against Central Lafourche back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tigers fell 2-0 to the Trojans.

Heaven Highsmith paced Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy's offense, picking up seven kills. Highsmith were helped by Valerie Huete and Michelle Macnish, who contributed seven assists each.

Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Central Lafourche, the victory snapped their losing streak at five matches and leaves them with a 6-12 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy will venture away from home to take on L.W. Higgins at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Central Lafourche, they will square off against South Terrebonne at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
