Baseball Recap: Curtis Extends Winning Streak to Four

Curtis not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since April 4th (when they won 11-1). They were the clear victors by a 12-5 margin over the Bonney Lake Panthers. Winning may never get old, but the Vikings sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Curtis' victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Bonney Lake, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-15.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Curtis will square off against Bethel at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bison have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.78 runs per game on average), something the Vikings will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Bonney Lake, they will take on Spanaway Lake at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Panthers are facing the Sentinels at the right time seeing as the Sentinels are stuck on a 17-game losing streak.
