Basketball Game Preview: East Tech Scarabs vs. Beachwood Bison

The East Tech Scarabs just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Beachwood Bison at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Friday, East Tech was beaten by Glenville 80-36. The contest marked the Scarabs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Beachwood didn't have quite enough to beat North on Wednesday and fell 58-55.

Beachwood's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for East Tech, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.

East Tech came up short against Beachwood in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 61-55. Can East Tech avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
