Softball Preview: Springville Red Devils vs. Olympus Titans        
        
		
            
 The Springville Red Devils will face off against the Olympus Titans at 10:30  a.m.  on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Springville comes in on five and Olympus on 14.
 Springville is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Friday. Everything went their way against Hunter as Springville made off with  a  9-0 victory. The result was nothing new for Springville, who have now won 17 contests by six  runs or more  so far this season.
 Not much got past  Allie Fowler, who gave up just  three  hits and racked up 13 Ks to keep Hunter off the board. Fowler has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Allyx Haveron was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with a  home run and four  RBI.  Kalia Sjoberg was another key contributor,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile,  it may have taken  eight innings to finish the job, but Olympus ultimately got the result they hoped for  on Friday. They beat Bonneville by the very same score they won with in their prior game:  6-5.
  Charlie Turner spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on 11 hits.
 At the plate,  Charlotte Comer was  incredible,  going 4-for-5 with a  home run, two  runs,  and a  stolen base. Another player making a difference was  Eliza Johnson, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-5.
 Springville is  on a roll lately: they've  won 17 of their last 18 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 25-5 record  this season. As for Olympus, they pushed their record up to 18-8 with that  win, which was their sixth straight  on the road.
 Tuesday's   game will be a test for both team's pitchers. Springville hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .339. However, it's not like Olympus struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .361. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
 Everything went Springville's way against Olympus when the teams last played  back in May of 2015 as Springville made off with  a  10-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Springville since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
