Volleyball Recap: Olathe North Extends Winning Streak to Four + How To Watch

Olathe North came tearing into Thursday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Shawnee Mission South Raiders with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-0 win last Saturday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17, 25-15.

Olathe North can attribute much of their success to Julia Huxman, who had ten digs and six assists. Those six assists gave Huxman a new career-high.

Olathe North was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in four consecutive matches.

Olathe North's record is now 19-10. As for Shawnee Mission South, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 14 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-15-2 record this season.
