Soccer Recap: Pecos Comes Up Short

Pecos lost to Lake View back in March of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles fell 2-0 to the Chiefs/Maidens.

Pecos now has a losing record of 2-3-2. As for Lake View, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4-1 record this season.

Pecos will challenge Liberty at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Liberty will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each matchup than the last. As for Lake View, they will square off against Estacado at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Lake View will be up against Estacado's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.38 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
