Basketball Recap: Peters Township Takes a Loss

Peters Township and Chartiers Valley squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Peters Township had to settle for second. They took a 73-66 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chartiers Valley Colts. The defeat continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Colts: they've now lost eight in a row.

Peters Township's loss dropped their record down to 18-7. As for Chartiers Valley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 18 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Peters Township nor Chartiers Valley have any future games scheduled.
