Volleyball Recap: Myers Park Has No Trouble Against Olympic

The Myers Park Mustangs earned a 3-1 win over the Olympic Trojans on Wednesday. That looming 3-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Mustangs yet this season.

Myers Park had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-19, 25-20, 25-21.

Myers Park now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Olympic, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Myers Park will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Berry at 5:00 p.m. on the 23rd. Olympic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
