Football Recap: Sesser-Valier/Waltonville Takes a Loss

After flying high against Hamilton County last Friday, Sesser-Valier/Waltonville came back down to earth. The Red Devils fell 14-6 to the Red Hill Salukis on Friday. The Red Devils were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Salukis apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

Sesser-Valier/Waltonville now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Red Hill, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Sesser-Valier/Waltonville will challenge rival Fairfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Red Hill is set to square off against their familiar foe Carmi-White County at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
