Becca Unthank and Hailee Nading were among the main playmakers for Lutheran as the former had eight digs and two aces and the latter had three aces and a block. The dominant performance gave Nading a new career-high in aces.
Summit Christian Academy's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-5-1. As for Lutheran, the victory also got them back to even at 2-2.
Summit Christian Academy took their win against Lutheran in their previous meeting back in October of 2023 by a conclusive 3-0.
