Recap: Evangelical Christian Eagles vs. Trinity Christian Academy Lions
The Evangelical Christian Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their 12th straight loss. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 69-46 walloping at the hands of Trinity Christian Academy. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Evangelical Christian in their matchups with Trinity Christian Academy: they've now lost seven in a row.
Trinity Christian Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tori Robinson, who scored 15 points. Rylee Hidrogo was another key contributor, scoring six points along with six steals and five assists.
Evangelical Christian's loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Trinity Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-17 record this season.
Evangelical Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Trinity Christian Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
