Volleyball Recap: Tarpon Springs Takes a Loss

Tarpon Springs came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Palm Harbor University Hurricanes. The loss continues a trend for the Spongers in their meetings with the Hurricanes: they've now lost four in a row.

The final score came out to 25-5, 25-14, 25-9.

Tarpon Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Palm Harbor University, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-6.

Looking ahead, Tarpon Springs will head out to face off against Dunedin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Palm Harbor University does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
