On Friday, the Farmington Scorpions blew past the Cibola Cougars, posting a 71-36 win. The Scorpions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 21 points or more this season.

Kjani Anitielu continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 16 points in addition to eight steals and six rebounds. Caris Dale was another key player, earning ten points along with six boards and five assists.

Farmington smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive boards in four consecutive contests.

Farmington is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which lines up perfectly with their 15-5 record this season. As for Cibola, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-11.
