Basketball Recap: Ore City Comes Up Short

Ore City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They were dealt a 54-8 defeat at the hands of the Harleton Wildcats. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rebels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 38-7 back in December of 2024.

Ore City's loss dropped their record down to 1-23. As for Harleton, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-6.

Ore City will host Big Sandy at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Harleton, they will head out to square off against McLeod at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
