Crosby-Ironton managed to slip by Rush City the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Rangers lost 3-0 to the Tigers on Wednesday. The Rangers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

While Crosby-Ironton ultimately came up short, they really made Rush City work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 27-25, 25-16.

Crosby-Ironton's loss dropped their record down to 18-6. As for Rush City, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-4-1 record this season.
