Basketball Recap: HEM Comes Up Short

The HEM Miners lost 66-42 to the Fort Washakie Eagles on Saturday. The Miners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

HEM's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Fort Washakie, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. HEM and Wheatland will compete for holiday cheer at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Fort Washakie, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Farson-Eden at 4:30 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
