Bob Jones came tearing into Saturday's matchup with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Huntsville Panthers by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 last Thursday.

Bob Jones never let Huntsville on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-17.

Mya Lacey paced Bob Jones' offense, picking up eight kills. Lacey got some help from Zoe Robinson and her 16 assists. Kendall Buckley controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Bob Jones' win bumped their record up to 14-4. As for Huntsville, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 7-3 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bob Jones will host Siegel at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Huntsville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Madison County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
